Gotchiverse Alpha Launch
The Alpha launch period of the Gotchiverse began on March 31 and lasted the entire month of April. Thousands of players participated in the month-long Gotchus Alchemica playdrop and explored the brand new NFT Gaming metaverse. Thanks to Gotchi Lending, anyone with a web3 wallet and an internet connection was able to play! Click here to enter the Gotchiverse.
Two Gotchiverse Releases Announced
Many GotchiGang members have been curious about what comes after the Gotchiverse alpha launch and playdrop. Well, wonder no moar frens. The Gotchiverse social release, is set to run from May 2nd to May 17th, followed by the Gotchiverse land release on May 18th. Check out our blog post for all the details on what each release entails!

LE Golden Tiles
LE Golden Tiles are coming to The Gotchiverse! The first of these purely aesthetic NFTs became available for crafting on April 20th, with each Tile pictured above available for separate two week periods. LE Golden Aaltar Available in the Aavegotchi Baazaar
The LE Golden Aaltar is now available for trading in the Aavegotchi Baazaar. The ultra-rare NFT can no longer be crafted and can only be purchased on the secondary market. Gotchi Lending Updates
We have updated the Gotchi Lending contracts so that borrowers can end the agreement before time has expired. We’ve also reduced the maximum lending period to 30 days. Additionally, we’ve pushed an update that automatically transfers all in-game Alchemica from a borrowed Gotchi directly to the lender and borrower's wallets when the borrow period ends, even if the borrower did not make it to the Vortex! These updates will make for a smoother Gotchi lending experience for all.
Anti-Bot Measures
The Gotchiverse is a human-first game, meaning that automation and scripting is not acceptable. We have made tremendous efforts to auto-detect and auto-kick bots from the Gotchiverse and will continue to do so to ensure a fair and friendly experience for all.
April was a legendary month for GotchiGang, and we plan to make May just as memorable!
